Drink Water to Live Longer

It is a well known fact that to drink water immediately after waking up in the morning is a habit that has been taught to us by our parents. Even scientists have proved the value of this exercise.
Drinking water on an empty stomach has been found to cure several ailments. There are ample records to show that drinking water has cured headaches, body aches, malfunction of the cardiac system, epilepsy. obesity, broncho, asthma, tuberculosis, urinary diseases, gastric, diarrhoea, pils, diabetes, constipation and eye diseases.

It is a popular practice in Japan to drink water immediately after waking up in the morning and it is said that water treatment also fights cancer and diseases of the ear, nose and throat in addition to correcting menstrual irregularities. The method of treatment includes drinking four glasses of water before brushing one's teeth and clean the mouth but no food or diet ought to be taken thereafter for about 30 minutes.

Those who are old or ill are unable to drink four glasses of water at once may drink the water little by little at a time, gradually increasing the amount. But the four glasses of water ought to be consumed. The above treatment will cure diseases and also save a healthy, disease free life.
