Take Three breaks a day

It's tough to tear yourself away from those spreadsheets, but talking a few breaks during your workday can slash stress and really help your health. We all know that work causes stress, and when you get stressed, cartisol courses through your system tp prepare your body for an all-out-fight-or-flight situation. And as your body revs up for something else, it pauses "secondary" system, such as your immune system, digestive tract and reproductive system. If you're really stressed, your body will release adrenaline, which increases blood pressure and heart rate. Over time, excessive cortisol and adrenaline will lead to serious health problems. So, step away from that computer and take in a breath of fresh air. Your body will thank you.
