Which fats are goods?

* Not all are bad. Some, such as Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats as a part of your healthy diet can help to lower cholesterol.
* The cholesterol-raising factor of the saturated fats found in fatty meat-fat dairy products, such as cheese and butter, has given fats a bad time.
* Polyunsaturated fats from sunflower and vegetable oil can lower cholesterol. Today, perticular emphasis is on two of these-Omega 3 and Omega 6. Both have been proven to help maintain good heart health. Our bodies can't produce these, but you'll find both in Flora.
